Delivery Options:

  • Express Delivery (2-4 hours) – Available only in Tbilisi for orders placed before 16:00. Your order will arrive within 4 hours.
  • Same-Day Delivery – Orders placed before 16:00 within Tbilisi will be delivered by the end of the day.
  • Next-Day Delivery – Your order will be delivered the following day. You can specify your preferred delivery time in the additional comments field when placing your order.
  • 2-3 Business Days Delivery – Available for all locations in Georgia, with delivery within 3 business days.
  • 1-4 Business Days Delivery – Available across Georgia, with delivery within 4 business days. Orders totaling 250 GEL or more qualify for free delivery.

Customers who place online orders also have the option to pick up their items from a selected store branch, which should be specified in the comments section at checkout.

Important Delivery Information

To ensure your order reaches you safely and securely, please take note of the following:

  • Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email notification confirming its shipment. This email will also include a tracking link for real-time order updates. If you notice any issues, contact our hotline immediately at (+995) 000 000 000.
  • If the courier is unable to reach you at the scheduled time, or if you are unavailable at the specified delivery address, your order will be returned to a alkomania.ge branch. You will need to collect it from there. Please note that the return process takes time, and we will notify you via phone or email once your order is available for pickup.
  • Upon receiving your order, check the condition of the packaging. If the packaging is damaged, you have the right to refuse the item and return it to the courier.
  • All orders are inspected before dispatch, and if any factory packaging damage is found, customers will be informed in advance.
  • Before confirming your order, verify the number of items to avoid shortages. Our team carefully packs and registers all accessories before shipping. If any items are missing, contact our hotline immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
  • Once your order is delivered, it becomes your responsibility. If you receive a defective item, please refer to our Customer Service for further assistance.
